Copyright rules, trade names, databases, and other intellectual property rights cover the content of the HPND.eu website. You can retrieve and view the site’s contents on a computer screen, mobile phone or tablet, but you may not save the information on any server or other networked storage system. You can print a copy of the material for personal, non-commercial use as long as all copyright and proprietary notices are preserved. This material or content may NOT be reproduced, modified, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes in any way.

When registering on HPND.eu, you must ensure that the personal information you provide is factual, reliable, present, and full in all respects. Any modifications to your personal information must be reported promptly, either by changing your account details on HPND.eu or by calling our customer support team.

You will be asked to create a password when you first visit the site. You must keep this password private and secret, and you must not reveal or share it with others since you would be responsible for any events and commands that arise or are sent using your password. If you know or believe that someone else knows your secret, please contact our customer service team immediately. Through using this site, you consent not to impersonate any other individual or organization, or to use a fake or unauthorized name.

Children under the age of 16 are not encouraged to use this platform, and they are not targeted as a user demographic. We do not collect information about someone under the age of 16 that could be used to identify the individual.

This blog does not intentionally market goods or services to children under the age of 18, nor does it direct any content directly at children. If a parent believes that anything on this platform is unsafe for their child, we recommend that they track their child’s use of it like they would any other Internet activity. The product descriptions and specifications on this page are just estimates given by the suppliers of the respective brands/products. We reserve the right to make modifications to such goods that do not materially impact their consistency or results. We reserve the right to edit any errors on the website or to discontinue the selling of any product without incurring any liability. Price and availability are often subject to adjustment at any time without prior warning. The product photographs on the website are only for demonstration purposes and do not represent the actual scale or strength of the product.

If your are an HPND account holder, all terms and prices charged will be as per separate agreement held by the account.  Otherwise, the items will be sold at the price listed on the website at the time your order is accepted. The price would contain any additional Value Added Tax (VAT).  You may be entitled to FREE Delivery if delivery is in Malta or Gozo.  Many well-known credit cards can be used to make payments on this website in Euros.

Payments by credit card and debit card are made through the MyPos payment portal, which is secure and owned by a European bank.   An order is recognized only after the payment procedure has been completed.  If any goods are out of stock and we are unable to supply them, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving payment.

Returns would be refunded at the amount paid at the time the item was purchased.

Until the lapse of two (2) working hours of placing your order, you may cancel it by contacting our customer service department, subject that the order is still at our stores. If you cancel an order after it has been sent, you must return the items in accordance with our return policy.  Although we do our best to accept returns, we reserve the right to refuse the return of products particularly food, and thus, you won’t be able to cancel or request a refund.

Promotional deals are only valid for a short time or until stocks last. We will contact you before dispatching the goods if your order is issued after the sale period has ended or if the goods are no longer available under that particular offer. Discounts and discount packages cannot be included at the same time.

Refunds for merchandise bought under a discount package are subject to the promotional price’s terms. Promotional deals do not apply to sale products or non-discountable lines. Promotions cannot be combined with any exclusive offers.

We make every effort to ensure that the items on our website are readily available. We do, however, sometimes run out of such products. We will try to keep you updated on when the item will be available again.

The items you order are entitled to our Standard Delivery service and will be delivered to the address you specify during the checkout process.   This service in Malta is FREE with orders above €30.00, and we guarantee delivery within 5 working days anywhere in Malta (as an island). For orders under €30, a small-order price of €3.50 would be charged.  For Gozo the service is less frequent;  kindly contact customer care for next available delivery

These delivery services are subject to confirmation within the next working hour, and are detailed below:

• If you prefer the Malta NEXT DAY service, your order must be placed before 15:00 hours (3pm) on any working day for delivery the next day. A €5.00 fee will be charged at the time of checkout.
• During working days, we will have an hourly delivery service. For delivery within an hour, your order must be placed before 15:00 hours (3pm) of any working day. At checkout, a fee of €10.00 will be charged;
• We have a next-day service to our sister island of Gozo. For delivery the next day, your order must be completed before 15:00 hours (3pm) of any working day. A €6.00 charge will be added at checkout; a FREE service for orders over €30.00 will be arranged by calling our offices directly.
• DHL is our international service provider for deliveries outside of the Maltese islands. At the time of checkout, more information will be shared.
• You can also pick up your order for free from our office in Hamrun. However, orders must be place on the website and may be collected after a full working day.

You must contact us within 1 hour of actual delivery if there are any shortages or other inconsistencies with your order/delivery. If you fail to do so, we will not be responsible for any losses or damages.

If we are told within 24 hours of delivery of an item bought on our website, we will gladly accept it back. The item must be returned to our head office address in its original, undamaged packaging with all of its parts (see contact us). The goods must be returned at the expense of the customer. Within 7 days, we will issue a refund, including any related shipping costs.

Regardless of this return policy, we will not allow returns of any of the following object groups:

• Items that are perishable
• Herbal remedies and food supplements
• Items that are unable to be resold due to health and hygiene concerns

If you are dissatisfied with any of the items you bought from HP Nutraceutical Distribution, you must return the item(s) (see contact us) and notify us in writing of your reasons for dissatisfaction. If necessary, HP Nutraceutical Distribution will contact the suppliers on your behalf and resolve your complaint as soon as possible, while keeping you updated accordingly.

HP Nutraceutical Distribution encourages your feedback and recommendations on our operation, as we strive to deliver the best quality service to our customers at all times. Owing to maintenance work, portions of or the entire website can be unavailable from time to time. We will have as much notice as is appropriate under the conditions, and we will make every effort to complete the work during planned maintenance times. Furthermore, owing to conditions outside our control, the platform or portions of it could be unavailable. We apologize for the disruption this has caused.

You consent to keep HP Nutraceutical Distribution, its staff, information suppliers, the business, and the webmaster of this platform harmless from and against any lawsuits, acts, requests, losses, charges, damages, and costs arising out of, or allegedly arising out of, the use of this website.. These disclaimers, words, and conditions will be governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to any rules of law. At any time, we reserve the right to make improvements to our platform, including these disclaimers, terms, and conditions. If a court of competent jurisdiction rules that any word or condition set out herein is unconstitutional, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full power and effect.
